The Site may not display every plan available in your area. Coverage begins only after carrier approval and your confirmed effective date.
Compensation. We are compensated by insurance carriers when you enroll in a plan. You pay no fee to us for our advice, and the premium for a plan is the same whether you enroll through us or directly with the carrier.
2. Licensing and Availability
Elite Health Preserve LLC and its advisors are licensed in multiple states. We offer insurance products and services only in the states where we are licensed and, where required, appointed with the applicable carrier. Plans, benefits, pricing, and enrollment periods vary by state, county, and carrier, and some options may not be available where you live. Advisors will confirm what is available in your state before discussing specific plans.
3. Not Professional Advice
Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, or medical advice. Please review plan documents carefully and consult an appropriate professional about your situation.
