Elite Health Preserve

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about working with Elite Health Preserve.

Does this cost me anything?

No. Licensed advisors are paid by the insurance carrier when you enroll, so there is no fee to you. The premium for a plan is the same whether you enroll through us or directly with the carrier.

Do you work in my state?

We are licensed in 30 states. Enter your ZIP code on our home page and we will confirm what is available where you live.

What types of coverage can you help with?

Individual and family health plans, options for the self-employed and 1099 professionals, alternatives to COBRA, and coverage for early retirees before Medicare. What is available depends on your state and health.

What if I missed open enrollment?

You may still have options. A life event such as losing coverage, moving, getting married, or having a baby can open a Special Enrollment Period, and some plans are available outside the usual enrollment window depending on your state and health. Tell us your situation and we will tell you what is possible.

What information do I need to get started?

Your ZIP code, the age and gender of each person you would like covered, and a rough household income range. Your advisor will ask about doctors and prescriptions when you speak.

Can I keep my doctors?

Provider networks vary by plan and carrier. Tell us which doctors matter to you and we will check them against the options we review.

Will I get a flood of calls?

No. You hear from one advisor, not a call center, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Am I obligated to enroll?

No. Requesting a quote is free and carries no obligation. You decide if and when to enroll.

Are you a government website?

No. Elite Health Preserve is a private health insurance advisory and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the federal government, HealthCare.gov, or any government program.
